“When he first started playing guitar in 1997, it was mostly the classic country, but over the years he has moved into rock, and folk styles, such as Cash, Prine, Dylan, Waits, Willie Nelson, and\u00a0popular music\u00a0from the 40’s through to the\u00a080’s.\u00a0 In June of 2011, Wade released his first professional CD entitled Damned Old Rodeo<\/em>, and the reception has been overwhelmingly positive, with his original composition Cupids<\/em> getting regular airplay on Kixx Country 103.9FM,\u00a0Radio Newfoundland 930AM, and VOWR 800AM.\u00a0 On September 2, 2011, Wade was featured in\u00a0St. John’s local paper\u00a0The Telegram\u00a0<\/em>in their music series “Fresh Tracks”.\u00a0 On January 16th, and again on December 10th 2012, he performed on the Rogers TV show,\u00a0Out of the Fog<\/em>\u00a0(click “Video”\u00a0from list on left side of screen to view\u00a0performance).\u00a0 During the summer of 2012, Wade acted in two plays with the Torbay Theatre Festival.\u00a0 He played \u201cNixie\u201d in Ben Pittman\u2019s production of the musical, \u201cSolomon Gosse\u2019s Birthday\u201d, and \u201cRich Codner\u201d in Ben Pittman\u2019s production of \u201c1762: The Taking of Torbay\u201d<\/p>\n
