This 11 song homage to Newfoundland’s greatest songwriter features a top notch cast of players with a gentle, barroom sway fleshed out on banjo, fiddle, mandolin, electric bass, acoustic guitar and drums. Also featuring Amelia Curran and Paul Kinsman on “St. John’s Waltz”, the album delivers many standouts including “My Father’s Ghost”, “House”, “Judgement” and “:Boy From Old Perlican”. Of course beloved classics, “Sonny’s Dream” and “Man Of A Thousand Songs” make the line-up.
