“Pianist, singer and songwriter Debra Power is known for her powerhouse vocals and keyboard skills. 
Based out of Calgary Alberta, she released her debut album in January 2016 – Even Redheads Get the Blues, to international acclaim. Debra received numerous nominations, among them was a nomination for WCMA blues artist of the year and she took home the YYCMA for Blues Recording of the Year. In 2017, her original song Streets of Heaven was a semi finalist at the International Songwriting Competition (ISC) blues category, and in 2018 she was a finalist with her original song Temptation. 
2017, also saw her open for Elvin Bishop and Charlie Musslewhite at the Jack Singer concert hall for the Arts Commons program in Calgary AB.
She has been a featured performer at the Calgary and Edmonton International Blues Festivals and in 2017, was nominated for Best New Artist at the Maple Blues Awards in Toronto where she was also asked to showcase at the Toronto Blues Summit. 
In 2016 and 2018, she was a semifinalist in the solo/duo category at the International Blues Challenge (IBC) in Memphis.
