FAQs

ONLINE STORE

Methods of payment?
You can use credit card or your Paypal account to order anything in our online store.

What is your return policy for items ordered online?
If we accidentally sent you the wrong product, e-mail us immediately and we’ll make arrangements to get the product back, and send you the proper one. If the mistake was on our end we’ll re-imburse your shipping to return the item to us, and then ship the proper one right away.

Product returns must not have been opened. All shrink-wrapping must be fully intact. We will reimburse the value of the item, but not the shipping. You need to e-mail us right away if you intend to return an item so we know its coming. The returned item must be back to us within 60 days from the time your initial payment was made – Paypal only allows returns within 60 days of initial payment so after that point there is nothing that can be done.

How do I know my credit card information is safe with you?
You can rest assured that your credit card information is safe when ordering with Fred’s Records. All our online transactions are handled by PayPal, the largest e-commerce transaction provider in the world with over 250 million users. We NEVER come in contact with your credit card info. That info is taken by Paypal, then they send us what you ordered and what address to send it to. That’s it. Easy.

I found your online store a little confusing, can you show me how to make an order?
Sure, we have instructions on making an order here.

CONSIGNMENTS

Do you consign records and CDs?
If you or your band just put out a new album and you’d like to consign copies with Fred’s Records please email Steve or Elliott.

TICKETS

What tickets do you have on sale now?
Jump over to our Tickets page for a complete list.

Why can’t I pay with credit card or debit for tickets?
Fred’s Records enjoy being a part of the local community and help sell tickets for many music related events. All the money from the ticket sales is given to those artists or promoters. We basically just hold it for them. Our debit/credit carriers charge us for every transaction, which would turn in to a book keeping nightmare for both us and the event promoters. So going cash only is best for everyone involved.

What is your ticket return policy?
We can’t refund tickets as each promoter has their own policies on how to handle refunds or returns on tickets.

JOBS

Are you hiring?
We’re not actively hiring any staff now, but will gladly take your resume to keep on file for when things come up. Drop off your resume in person, or e-mail it to us.
