Founded by brothers Luke and Duncan Major in 2008, Mercy, the Sexton has emerged as one of the city’s most popular bands. “Say it Back” is a driving, infectious, danceable rock offering filled with great hooks and radio-friendly indie-pop tunes. Lead singer and primary songwriter, Luke Major delivers an energetic and youthful vocal with an urgency in his voice that is accentuated by driving guitars, synthesizers and the backing vocals of Jessie Power and Geraldine Hollett (The Once).
