Specializing in the songs of the North Atlantic with a spattering of other genres aimed at keeping the party in high gear, Sláinte is a big band with a big sound. These six lads with their roots firmly planted in the crevices of the rock on which they live, are proud of where they’re from and where their ancestors came from.

Time Well Spent is the title of the new album and it was recorded and produced over the past year with Ronnie Power at Goodwater Studios.

Christian Howse is a young multi-award-nominated artist from central Newfoundland, who is making strides into the East Coast music scene with his creative and thought provoking music

His latest release, Long Distance, is a concept EP. A story of running away, finding yourself, losing yourself, and most everything in between. These songs are true stories, to some extent, to someone, somewhere. Whether it’s you or me, there’s a memory to be found in every line.

Citadel House recording artist and multi-award winniner, Adam Baxter, is a powerhouse of energetic, explosive creativity. With the aggressiveness of a Rock and Roller and the sensibilities of a Folk musician, Adams’ music stretches across multiple genres to provide a compulsive mix of high energy and sweet longing.

His newest album, Domestic, is an atmospheric exploration of relationships and the complexities of life. This album takes a turn from previous projects. Adam steps into a new phase of songwriting, combining his punk, folk, and classical roots into a new and ambitious sound

Raised in Nova Scotia and developed in Newfoundland, Adam Baxter is moving in his scope of influence and is shaping lives around him. This world is full of new opportunities, and Adam means to seize those that he is able.

Silver Wolf Band is a folk-rock trio from Labrador that blends pop and folk for a refreshing and sophisticated sound. Piano is a large part of Silver Wolf Band’s musical signature, which ads an enticing depth and texture to their songs. Their debut EP, “Jam the Blues”, was released in 2010 and was nominated for Music PEI’s “Pop Recording of the Year.” After a 5-year hiatus, the band is back with “Pockets Filled With Rocks,” released June 16th, 2018, to a sold-out hometown crowd in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.

Debut release from Mike Mosher, Jared Pardy and Alex Luscombe, who make up the band Dora.

Dora began when singer and songwriter Liam Peacock took to a small saltbox cottage on Conception Bay. Inspired by everything from hitchhiking across Canada to small-town life, he emerged with a record’s worth of quirky, melodic songs. Dora has grown from an intimate studio project to a powerful and versatile band, with a sound that ranges from jangly acoustic tunes to spaced out art-rock.

“I just want to say to all members. Thank you so much for your support and encouragement. Your likes and comments mean so much to me. I cannot express in words how it makes me feel. Most people do not realize how hard it is for me to post my songs for others to see. The confidence did not come easy but your support has made it easier for me. I love each and every one of you for helping me to slowly grow and to feel secure enough to post my videos and to someday come out of my music room’ – Hartel Lawless

This CD is in loving memory of Hart’s brother Gregory Lawless, Joy’s brother David Cumby and a dear family friend Dave Perry.
